Join Sara and a small group of like minded health seekers on an online week-long Ayurvedic health cleanse. Ayurvedic cleansing involves a mono-diet of kitchari (Indian style spiced rice, mung beans, and veggies). The purpose is to clear your digestive system and reset your physical and mental state. This cleanse will focus on simplifying lifestyle and adding in contemplative and self care practices throughout the week. Doing something like a cleanse is so much easier to navigate with the accountability of a group.

Cleanse Schedule:

Pre-cleanse: Shopping lists, recipes, and instructions are sent out 10 days prior to the cleanse

Friday, 9/26 7:30-8:30pm Group gathers and preps for cleanse

Saturday, 9/27 9-11am Cooking class: making your first batch of kitchari

Tuesday, 10/2 7:30-8:15pm Group check in

Friday, 10/3 7:30-8:30pm Group wrap up session

Office hours with Sara are offered on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30pm-9pm

We’ll start with a group video call in which you will learn all about Ayurvedic cleansing, set your individual goal, and hear from others.

The cleanse begins on a weekend. Sara will lead a cooking class to cook your first batch of kitchari. We’ll have a meditation to kick off the group cleanse.

Each day of the cleanse, you will receive encouraging emails, as well as exclusive access to Sara’s office hours to have a quick check in via phone call if you’re running into any issues or have any questions.

On the last day of the cleanse, the group will gather to discuss what worked well, changes experienced, as well as challenges we worked through.
